- 48 Hours Before Trip: 100% Refund of the advance amount (minus 5% processing fee).
- 24-48 Hours Before Trip: 50% Refund of the advance amount.
- Less than 24 Hours: No Refund of the advance amount.
2. Himalayan Emergency Clause
Specific to the Kashmir region, we offer special considerations for:
- Road Closures: If your destination (e.g., Gurez or Leh) is inaccessible due to BRO/Police orders, we offer 100% credit for an alternative route or future booking.
- Flight Cancellations: If your flight to Srinagar is cancelled, provide proof for a full date-shift at zero additional cost.
3. Refund Processing
All approved refunds for Cabs in Srinagar are processed within 5-7 working days directly to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer).
