Terms & Conditions of SS CARAVAN TOUR & TRAVELS KASHMIR
Cabs we own and operate in All Jammu & Kashmir Routes all having a valid Passenger Commercial Permits (Yellow Plate Vehicles) and Insurance Policy.
Toyota Innova, Etios Sedan, Force Travelers, Buses and Mini Coaches as per agreed price and vehicles.
The Fare offered by a SS Caravan representatives are Includes the followings
All tolls and Taxes Parking, Fuel Surcharges , Driver Allowances & Night Halts
Heating and A.C
Heater / Blower / Heating system is fitted in our every cab and is offer free if needed, However Air Condition or AC will be extra chargeable if not informed at the time of booking on the day when required.
• AC charges 200 for sedan and 300 for Innova on the day when used (only in Jammu & Kashmir. AC will be turned off the hilly / slops roads
Understand Per Day Fare Cost:
•One day or tour to major tourist destinations only. No Detours or extensions, unless mentioned and agreed prior clearly with our representative.
• if 2 destinations combined in 1 day (i.e you want cover Gulmarg & Pahalgam on same day) will be considered 2 days. Unless discussed and confirmed prior in clear words with our representative.
Timing
Timing starts strictly by 9 am to 6 pm and one major tourist destination a day or as per agreed itinerary. Timing changes are welcome but it has to be informed , discussed and agreed prior. In case of changes in ongoing tours it will be charged extra.
Additional applicable overtime charges 150/hour (sedan) and 200/hour (Innova).
Local Restrictions in place for Srinagar Bound / Outside Cabs.
Inner Sightseeing in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, can be visited in local village union taxi , ponies, horses, sledges, chained-gear, ATV rides etc. Local restrictions in place for outside vehicles. Example of destinations are Aru Valley , Betaab Valley , Chandanwari, Zero Point , Zojilla , Dras , Kargil , etc
Booking Confirmation:
As you have received a quote for your shared tour program/itinerary by our representative, you need to pay a 30% of total tour amount in advance to reserve the cab on your name for the given dates.
and the rest 70% to be paid in the middle of tour or 3rd day of your ongoing tour whichever is early.
COVID-19
In case of the any lockdown or positive cases on arrival full amount will be refunded.
